SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Deliveries take 2 to 4 business days, you might expect some delays over busier periods.
Orders containing more than 3 Litres of liquids, might have some of them removed and refunded.
There is a limit of glass jars and bottles that we can send per order, if your order contains multiples of them, some might be removed or the order cancelled.
Orders that are placed on Friday will only be shipped Monday or Tuesday, meaning that the earliest arrival date will be Tuesday or Wednesday.
Orders that are placed on Saturday or Sunday will only be shipped Tuesday, meaning that the earliest arrival date will be Wednesday.
For Saturday delivery, orders need to be placed before Thursday 8:00pm.
We do NOT offer same day delivery.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
In-Store Pickup
In-store and curbside pickup is available for All Purchases. Pickups are available During our opening hours.
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
Free Shipping
We offer free Shipping on orders above £100.00 and up to 25kg to England and Wales
Shipping Fees for England and Wales:
Orders under £100.00 and up to 25kg are charged £7.95.
*Orders under £30.00 will occur an extra £2.00 packaging fee
Shipping fees for Scotland are variable.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not offer international shipping.
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
We do not deliver to any of the Islands (E.g. Northern Island, Isle of Wight) or to anywhere outside of the UK.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
